About The Maker Games

The Maker Games is an exciting prototyping competition and course open exclusive to UNSW students. Students work together in teams to create an innovative solution to industry-led challenges and build a working prototype of their idea.

Stage One

  • Step 1 – Individual registration
  • Step 2 – Team formation
  • Step 3 – Attend The Maker Games Design Sprint Weekend as a team or individual to be placed in a team
  • Step 4 – Submit your team’s challenge proposal for selection

Team formation

  • Students are required to form cross-disciplinary teams of 4-5 people who have completed 96UOC by Term 2, 2018
  • If your team’s pitch is accepted and you progress to Stage Two and build a prototype, a minimum of three students in your team must enroll in ENGG3060 for Term 2, 2019
